Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be...

Excellent account, very good App and they seem to be reactive to missing features that they then address and include, i.e. Saving Pots. Great Interest rates for positive balance in my current account, Excellent overdraft fees when compared to the aging 'mature banks' that effectively rip customers off.. Great Current Account

The real time updates when you spend are great and refunds go in quickly, however when trying to contact customer service you wait a while to get through on the phone and eventually after a while it will cut out or days on end for a response via email .
