Simple and safe

As an autistic adult I (generally) find banking apps a maze to navigate and used to rely on the assurance of being able to go into a high street branch. Kroo changed this. Their app is far from intimidating, clear and easy to use. I’m converted! Thankfully I haven’t had to use their customer service yet, but that’s another good sign as I was previously often attempting to gain support via banking apps messengers and ‘robot’ services which mostly ended in frustrations, more confusion the having to call and wait to talk to a real person. 10/10 for Kroo. App makes online banking easy

I’ve recently switched to Kroo having been a customer of serval banks previously. The App is the most simple and easiest version I have seen for online banking making moving money in and out extremely easy and quick. Great to have more up to date and efficient alternative to more established versions. Reviewed on: 17th March 2023
