Easy to sign up, I’m always informed of the price I pay per month (as it varies) and the communications are very useful and informative (no spam, only what I need to know). Without Laka I don’t think I could afford to insure my type of bike (cargo bike) Reviewed on: 1st October 2022

Great service and competitive price!

I joined Laka and insured two bikes. Policy was very clear and easy to understand and pricing very competitive. Whenever I had questions their CS team got back to me right away and were so helpful. Unfortunately I had to make a claim about 6 weeks after my new bike arrived. The claims process was exceptionally smooth and Laka got back to me straight away to confirm everything would be taken care of. Thanks to Laka I was able to get back on the road and they made the whole process and easy as these things could possibly be. Thanks Laka!! Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
