No nonsense, simple insurance that works

I've Been with Laka for a little under a year, thankfully I have not yet had to claim but the team are always there to answer questions and help if needed. They have put in a lot of time into the User experience and this shows. The site is a pleasure to use! Not had to claim thus far but setup, communication and principle of company is great. I like the better transparency seeing how claims money is spent and the idea of a communal/community pot. Very refreshing for an insurance company. Reviewed on: 1st October 2022
