Made for cyclists

Laka is run by cyclists for cyclists. I've had to claim twice since I've been with them, once after a crash and the other after bike theft, both times Laka seemed to genuinely share my sense of sadness like only bike people could. It feels rubbish getting a bike stolen, probably worse than the road rash from crashing! Laka made replacing the bike as seamless as possible, with a kindness and understanding that sets them apart from the rest of the field. Reviewed on: 1st August 2022
