An elderly, but happy newcomer!

My first and easily most expensive, (about the same price as my first new car circa 1972) experience with a CUBE electric touring bike. Purchased from Hayballs of Salisbury who recommended Laka as the most comprehensive and value for money insurance. So far they have been right! I'm glad I joined. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

I was dubious at first as you hear many horror stories about insurance companies over charging each month and then not paying out when you make a claim. Laka are defo not one of these companies. I have unfortunatley had to make a claim and from start to finish it was easy and seemless. The staff were quick to respond, non obstructive and extremely helpful. They couldnt of been more of the opposite to my pre concieved image. In a good way I hope to never speak with them again but im happy in the knowledge that if I do need to make another claim they are there to help. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Laka is great, they're very affordable and transparent about where your fees are going. They've got some great perks and have always been super nice any time I've contacted them. They're not just an insurer, they're a group of bike enthusiasts who want to make insurance as best as it can be for the community. Couldn't rate them high enough Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

I love the service Laka provides. It’s so simple so sign up, such a straightforward website, and they’re very transparent in regards to how the money you pay every month benefits other cyclists. It’s hands down the only bike insurance I’d ever use. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
