Customer service was brilliant. I had my bike stolen on a Saturday and they paid out on the Monday. They kept me informed throughout and were generally amazing. Each month there is clear explanation or charges due to claims and helpful tips Reviewed on: 26th August 2021

After having my bike stolen,Laka were so easy to deal with.All done online with very responsive communication with the claims agent.I was offered choices (replacement bike or monetary value ) the whole process was completed within a few days. Reviewed on: 26th August 2021
