Friendly, no fuss insurers

Laka are I think the best insurers on the market. They’ve pared down their insurance policy to be really simple and straight forward - signing up was far less of a headache than getting regular insurance, and I appreciate how they seem to be very into their cycling too. There’s a lot of information, guides and recommendations available if you’re new to cycling like me. Very much recommend. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Laka has always been supportive and helpful, they make taking out insurance a doddle and the cost is amazingly low. The one claim I have had to make was done in less than 24 hours, can’t praise them enough!! Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Amazing customer service

I cracked the frame on my road bike shortly after purchasing. Lake didn't hesitate on approving my claim and provided lots of help and feedback as I sourced a replacement. The premium price is comparable to others but service so much better. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

It's great to have a cyclist-centric insurer actually involved in cycling and providing a clear and transparent product responsive to claim activity across the shared risk experienced by the community of members with caps in place to ensure I'm never over committed financially.
