Within a few minutes of submitting my claim (which was in itself really straightforward process) I was allocated a case manager who helped me work through all the details, upload all the info and ensure it was settled within 48 hours. Altogether a very positive and soothing experience in a pretty horrible and stressful situation. Couldn't recommend more highly. Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
