Human Beings

I had my bicycle stolen from within my office a few weeks back. I dealt with one person at Laka who was friendly, efficient and empathetic. After a few questions the claim was closed and payment made. I have never had such a great experience with an insurance company, dealing with people that treat you as a human and not a number. Friendly and fast,

They're fast to respond, they're super friendly (regardless of who you talk to), they're very knowledgable about bikes and what's required to sort your claim and get you riding again. And as if that wasn't enough, they're cheap! Reviewed on: 27th August 2021

Great company all round!

Laka have been a great company to work with for us - we are a family of e-bikers living in central London, and unfortunately we have had a couple of e-bikes stolen over the last few years.
