Great company all round!

Laka have been a great company to work with for us - we are a family of e-bikers living in central London, and unfortunately we have had a couple of e-bikes stolen over the last few years. Laka are fantastic

I was due to complete a Lands End to John O'Groats charity ride. However had issues with my previous bike, having a cracked frame, with only a couple of weeks before the event. Laka were fantastic and dealt with the issue very fast and actually had funds to purchase a new bike in my account on the same day. This enabled me to source a new bike to complete the challenge and I cannot thank them enough for this. Always choose ensure for your bicycle and always choose Laka! Reviewed on: 27th August 2021
