I’m not one to usually write reviews but my experiences with Laka have been outstanding. They’re so “human” and friendly and make insurance not only understandable but fun. They have been so helpful when I’ve needed to update my policy- I wish they insured kore than just bikes! Reviewed on: 1st September 2021

Honest, transparent insurer

What I like most about Laka is that they are completely transparent. Every month they tell you exactly how many claims were made, including some stats on where claims went to (eg theft, crashes etc). As it’s a collective, you will only pay your fair share to pay for the claims, and since I’ve joined it’s never been the max monthly fee I signed up for. Great insurance model, run by actual cyclists with good intentions! Reviewed on: 1st September 2021
