Dream Insurance!

My e bike was stolen and the process to claim was so simple and direct and without any gaps or misinformation that literally took maybe half an hour from start to finish. Their amazing support team member Savannah was fantastically helpful and made the whole process of collecting all the additional information regarding the theft, any preferences I might have and replacing the bike (getting a new ebike) simple, fast and accurate with no room for mistakes. We exchanged 18 total emails and in a 3 days period I had an ebike again. I was and still am lost for words and grateful that companies with ethics that deliver what actually promote exist.
