As part of my cover with laka I have my bike computer insured, and having damaged it decided to make a claim, laka in quick response offered to send out a replacement straight away however I’d purchased a replacement at the time of making my claim and so assumed my mistake in doing so would mean I’d list out in being able to claim. However laka said no problem and agreed to forward funds to cover the cost. Also as described in the ads it seems it’s cover for cyclists from cyclists as in the exchange of messages the chap dealing with my claim was able to pass comment on my bike, a nice touch I thought. Easy, no fuss bike insurance

I contacted Team Laka to report my stolen handle bars. I was allocated Savannah to deal with my case. I am not IT savvy, she assisted me in uploading the photos of my damaged bike and kept me informed of progress throughout. I’ve bought my new bike back in April and unfortunately in August my bike was stolen, but Laka were very efficient helping me and covering the costs of a new bike. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 26th August 2021

Best bike insurer out there.

I've had a little bit of bad luck on the bike the past couple of years. Never really looked into insurance. Always thought it was too expensive and too much effort. After hearing about Laka I found that it doesn't need to be that way. The guys at Laka are faultless. They've helped me out so much the past 12 months.
