How I want insurance to be

Whilst I understand there are underwriting aspects, I have to say that the customer facing side of Laka is outstanding. I feel in control, fees are based upon the lived experience not modelling and forecasting, and support is fantastic. I suffered a non-recoverable loss recently but Laka added a £50 credit to my account to "soften the blow". Show me another insurer who does that! Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
