I've considered quitting my job to go work with these guys

The team at Laka are beyond incredible and I cannot stop singing their praises to everyone I know. They were fantastic when my bike was stolen last year - after they tried to find a replacement bike without success, they simply sent me the money which I used to purchase something when I was ready. I also had a crash recently and my interaction with the representative from laka was so encouraging and helpful. The situation was quite tricky as I was meant to fly out on bike holiday within days of the crash. It was more than clear that their aim was to get me back on my bike, safely and with no hidden agenda. All communication was clear and considerate, and the company immediately covered expenses for all damaged items and a bike inspection. Truly, I've considered trying to get a job there, I love them so much. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2021

Not only is their customer service super, their monthly report is very well summarised and comprehensive that you know they are being transparent unlike other insurance company.
