Never any Issues with Laka

Cycling insurance as it should be - that you completely forget about it until you need it. The monthly payments are as they're expected to be (less in the winter, a little more in the summer) and it just quietly ticks along in the background. When it comes to making a claim Laka are helpful and speedy to get you back on your bike. What more could you want? Reviewed on: 18th September 2020

I've been with Laka for a few years now and wouldn't go for any cycle insurance ever again! Monthly fee varies and I have always been able to save some money. Also when I add a problem, their costumer service was excellent and I had the problem fix in less than 3 days, they even offered to help fitting the new components! Thanks Laka! I love knowing that my bikes are covered and will be replaced really quickly should anything happen to them. When I was unfortunate enough to have a bike stolen, the Laka team ordered all the parts for the custom build and I was able to get a new version of my stolen bike up and running within a week.
