Affordable, friendly makes sense

I was so happy to discover Laka. I feel like a part of comunity and not just a of a big company (like I usually do with insurance). The staff if friendly and helpful and you are not tied in to a contract. I love it. I love getting my updates and am never worried re fees as they are reasonable. Great company!! Great service with a great community

I had an accident last year on my bike with a vehicle which is never pleasant and extremely stressful. Dealing with Laka during that period was easy, fast, efficient and friendly. Everything was super fast and made really clear, with advice given to me for next steps and what I should do and how to look after myself. The articles and news updates via email are insightful, relevant and actually informative with content that want to read and like to know about.
