Absolutely thrilled with my experience using Laka Cycle Insurance! Their customer service is outstanding—quick, friendly, and always helpful. The value for money is incredible. I had a minor claim, and it was handled smoothly and efficiently with zero stress. I feel truly looked after as a cyclist, and I’m very likely to recommend Laka to friends and family. My experience with Laka is only formulated by the ease of getting the Bike insurance and easily understandable info in what is being insured.I haven't (and hope, never) made a claim or get in touch with Laka yet, so I don't have anything to add in that aspect dude. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2025

Laka put the customer ahead of the financian profit, they're people before insurance providers, really really good customer service I'm with Laka for life. Now that they've introduced different levels of insurance it's even better, so that it flexes for different needs Reviewed on: 2nd August 2025
