Easy claims process and customer service

There’s no restrictive process for claims or contacting customer service who respond very quickly. Innovative way to claim such as uploading a video. When I didn’t need a mechanic to fix they sent me a t-shirt. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great insurance provider, easy to use

Laka are really easy to set up with and communicate really well. It's good to have a kind of mutual model in cycling insurance and they partner with e-bike/cargo bike providers so were perfect when we got our family bike. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

I got gummy bears

Best cycle insurance around. Their innovative operating model gives insurers peace of mind when their gears are stolen. I for an unfortunate one had mine stolen twice in a year and they were both quickly replaced. Their staff worked closely with me to get me back on the road asap, I felt they really cared and understood how it feels to have the expensive gears stolen. Last week I got sent my pedals with a spare tire and a pack of mini gummy :D made my day, thanks! Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019
