Absolutely brilliant! Had to claim and was all worried about excesses, unexpected 'surprises' and so on but I didn't have to! A very very straightforward process, genuinely friendly and helpful staff and the replacement is on its way to my address now! Besides, I haven't even paid for my insurance yet as no one claimed last month as you only pay when someone does claims! Also, its good to know that when I do have to pay, I am helping to get fellow cyclist back on the road! Reviewed on: 18th September 2018

Keep up the great work guys! I have both my bikes insured with Laka now and find the premiums very reasonable. I look forward to adding gear and other products to my sum insured total as their proposition evolves and my enthusiasm for cycling continues! Reviewed on: 13th September 2018

Laka clearly focus on their customers which is a great and often hard to find from an insurer. They product they offer is simple, easy to understand, and most notably, enables cyclists to support eahother, building a sense of community that is lost with modern insurance!
