Laka have a unique approach to pricing. They won't charge you a fixed sum. Instead, they calculate your monthly contributions - up to a max capped amount - based on the Collective's claims. The policy is completely flexible so if you want to upgrade, add travel, racing, or pause cover, you can.

Reasonable pricing, transparent coverage, good claims handling. Easy to get hold of a real person to speak to. The website is really easy to use, and allows you to upload photos of your bikes etc and to switch on and off racing coverage, so you can save a bit of money in the off-season whilst not racing! Laka has super clear and concise messaging, you know what you're getting and the breakdown of what you're actually paying for. It's simple to get set up, I feel like I'm in good hands. It has been so amazing.

It has been so amazing. I've had many bikes stolen in London and since Laka I feel much more secure taking my bike out. The staff are all excellent and friendly helping in a situation where you feel frustrated and upset. Really I can't recommend it more highly. Reviewed on: 1st August 2025
