Best claims experience, great value for money!

I’ve had to claim for a stolen bike twice in my life, and the experience with Laka was vastly different from what I had with another provider. That provider outsourced claim handling to an external team that dragged its feet and tried to sell me a much cheaper (and worse) bike as a replacement. They were persistent and made the claim process much more stressful on top of the robbery itself. In contrast, Laka’s claim process was smooth and personal. I felt informed at every stage and highly recommend them! Reviewed on: 1st August 2025
