My experience with Laka is only formulated by the ease of getting the Bike insurance and easily understandable info in what is being insured.I haven't (and hope, never) made a claim or get in touch with Laka yet, so I don't have anything to add in that aspect dude. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2025

As a beginner commuter cyclist, I was a little apprehensive at the thought of finding an insurance company that would actually pay out in the event of accident or theft. The shop I bought my bike from recommended Laka, and I was immediately won over by their clear love of cycling and desire to get and keep people cylcing.
