Laka are great! Straightforward, simple to set up, easy to get help when needed. I feel great confidence in Laka as a bike insurer. And so confidence when out and about on my bike. I really like the idea of a collective approach - the biking community is (mainly) a collectively helpful one and Laka reflects this. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

Gives peace of mind when locking the bike up, which is the point of insurance. I've never had a bike stolen but I feel more comfortable knowing that if mine ever is, there is no deductible. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
