Peace of Mind

Was unlucky enough to have my bike stolen in November, but wasn't worried at any point about Laka coming through. The emails in the process of getting a bike replacement were very tactful and prompt. Excellent insurance

Recently needed to make a claim for damage while on a ride. Was able to make the claim online simply and quickly. The claim handler got in touch with a nice clear email on next steps. They then communicated with my bike mechanic to get the extra information needed. Once they had agreed to the claim money was in my account within 48 hours and I was back on the road quickly.
