First class company

I have claimed three times. A lost Garmin, a theft, and a crash. Each time my experience with Laka was exceptional. Especially after my bike was stolen when it was very upsetting and we felt violated in our own home. Laka were supportive and kind. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024

Honest, reliable, human

I've never had to make a claim with Laka (thankfully), but I've found their website, service and offer so clear, straightforward and user-friendly. They send clear emails when changes are upcoming, and I've received communications from real people when I've had a query. My feeling is they are honest, reliable, human.
