Replaced my bike when others wouldn't hvae

My bike was stolen from my balcony, unchained, Laka was fast to replace it with an equivalent model, even buying the bike for me. I'm sure other insurers wouldn't have been so fast. Reviewed on: 11th October 2023

Such a refreshing change to see an insurance company operating in an open and transparent way. It’s how this market should work but rarely does, huge credit and thanks to the people behind this, keep up the great work and thank you. Oh and if you fancy it could you look at car insurance too? Sadly a poor experience, & left without my bike

My bike was stolen from work, and the claim was denied by the Laka team. I found it difficult to contact them and the turn around was slow, to be left with the disappointing news of the claim being denied. I found their pricing expensive, and their constant emails to be exhausting. Reviewed on: 6th October 2023
