Excellent user-friendly service

I have been fortunate to have not had the need to claim, but I have nevertheless been impressed with the service Laka provides. I like the ability to customise insurance to my needs, as well as the way the insurance fund is financed - especially reducing fees when there have been collectively fewer claims. Best bike insurance out there

I've got nothing but good things to say about Laka, and with the addition of their 'core' membership, it's an even better offering. Luckily I've only had one small claim to make but it was done so quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I don't have to make another, but the knowledge of knowing how easy it can be gives me great peace of mind. Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
