Cooperative model insurance provider

The cooperative model says it all. The premium structure is fair and transparent, and because of the cooperative model, collective community have influence on premiums. Claims processing is straightforward and reimbursement quick - I've since filed a claim within the last 1.5 years. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025

Premium service and fantastic team, but not cheap

Very responsive, supportive and efficient in handling claims and processing payments etc. very friendly team. Claim online portal could be improved as uploading documents could be a bit clunky. They are certainly not the cheapest, but one has to match the price to the quality of the service which is excellent. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
