Laka are great at explaining why things cost what they cost to have a cap on the monthly fee, and sometime get a reduction based on the claims that month from other members. although I have been lucky not to have to claim the process seems really straight forward. Laka provide a fantastic insurance experience. When I've needed them they've been on hand, fast and understanding - a rare thing in financial services, despite their crucial role in our lives. Their service is also tailored to my needs and self-serve, so I can sort things out myself when I need to without the typical, painful online form/non-existent phone number UX from other providers.
