A refreshing approach to insurance cover

Such an refreshing way to allow customers to review, amend and clarify their insurance policies. Never tied in, no intense sales pitch, just polite, professional & a friendly team of clued up hosts to guide you swiftly along, allowing you to get on and enjoy your favourite hobby! I signed up to Laka a few years ago after my last bike was stolen. I have always been impressed by the collective nature of the premia and the way they are dedicated to cyclists. I also like the fact that there is no excess eating into your claim. Then, last week I had to claim. Someone stole my beautiful Brooks saddle (and seat post and saddle bag). Laka were great, the claim was resolved quickly, easily and sympathetically. I'd recommend them to anyone with a bike to protect. Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Amazing service for such a great price. If you ever have to make a claim the Laka team are there to assist you. The monthly updates are great in informing you what your contributions are going towards and the the nature of claims. Very efficient insurers who have a really good knowledge of bikes and are very good at keeping in contact with their customers without going over the top. Reviewed on: 4th October 2022
