There’s little Leek BS can do about interest rates given the current climate but their service and ease of use is unfaultable. They are quick to answer calls and when we decided to increase our payment it was really easy to carry out - took a matter of moments! Reviewed on: 3rd March 2025

At every stage my experience of Leek Building Society and their staff has been fabulous. The phones are answered quickly, and you get the sense that the person on the end of the phone is smiling.
