Great experience over a 2 year mortgage deal. Good support over the phone, don't wait long and always speak to a person who is happy to help. Only improvement to suggest is that setting up an online account took ages with postal passwords. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Fixed mortgage

I used a mortgage advisor who chose to fix my mortgage with yourselves because of the competitive prices. It was set up easily and I have been satisfied and not needed to contact yourselves with any issues. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Great customer service but no online account!

Easy process when applying for our first mortgage, although the lack of online account and reliance on the UK postal system, meant our first mortgage payment didn’t go through. Luckily the customer service was fantastic and helped us sort things out, but really if we’d been able to submit our bank details online we wouldn’t have had any issues.
