At every stage my experience of Leek Building Society and their staff has been fabulous. The phones are answered quickly, and you get the sense that the person on the end of the phone is smiling. Great mortgage rates, but not quick.

Leek Building Society can't be beaten on mortgage rates, we've renewed twice with them now and there was just nothing else on the market at the time that compared. The only thing I would say is that everything takes a long time, and if you want to change your product in any way you have to go through a mortgage advisor, which can be a bit of a frustrating process. Always competitive deals, excellent customer service!
