Standing out in front...!!!

I have four buy to let mortgages with the Leek. The application process was very simple, with advise all the way. It is also so simple at renewal time, everything is taken care of and any questions answered promptly. I have had experiences with many lenders, but the Leek United stands out in front of them all. Impressive Mortgage process

The mortgage process went well, in particular the valuation was done quite quickly. The mortgage advisor was very helpful, in fact during the process when I was abroad she made sure she contacted me on the temporary number I gave her. However, my only frustration was after the valuation when I was told everything was ok, it took a while for the team to officially confirm/ send docs over to me. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2024

Excellent service, easy and simple

We really struggled with a few mortgages before coming to Leek Building Society as it was our first mortgage. We started to lose hope however as soon as we spoke with Leek we were out at ease straight away. The process was extremely smooth and we was updated along the way. The paperwork is easy to read.
