Staff talk to you, understand what you want and make it happen. Veronica in particular was excellent. So refreshing to have a face-to-face option and refreshing not to be forced down an online, impersonal route. Great service. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024

Staff are exceptional at Congleton, Macclesfield, and Leek Edward Street branches. It is a joy to visit each one. We are currently receiving help and advice from Nick (Wren Sterling), he has been very understanding and patient to our needs and solved our issues and we feel very confident moving forward. Everytime we visit Congleton we feel part of a family and it is absolultely what we wanted from joining, thank you to the staff. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
