Fixed Rate

I went in leek united, was queuing to the served and a member of staff came up to me and took me to a desk in the corner I wanted to transfer a good amount of money out of my isa in to a fixed rate which the member of staff delt with there and then Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Helpful staff in branch

Had an issue with the Leek Online, Annabelle in the Derby St branch was very helpful and sorted it all out. The counter and phone staff could perhaps do with a little more training on the new online system. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

One very happy customer

Moved savings from natwest last year in to the leek . There service was better and better interest rates are better . I felt like the staff was interest what i wanted and could help me alot . Very freindly staff from manager to cashier staff . The surrounding are fresh and clean . And when you are being served i felt i was being treated privately . Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

clearer advice needed on how to open a savings account

I wasn't allowed to open a savings account in the branch, despite having been assured on the phone that this would be ok, but was advised to apply online instead. Which I did, without any difficulty. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
