Great experience in branch and online

Lady in the shop was really helpful when setting up my ISA for savings, as it’s my first one so I was a little bit clueless on which one to go for. She talked me through it really well and made good suggestions based on what I told her I wanted out of a savings account. The website is also great, as I can check my balance without having to go into the branch. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024

Customerc Services in Branch

I find the staff in Congleton branch really helpful. Customer service is so important. I feel I can really trust Leek Building Society. Having facecto face contact is still very important. I recommend it to anyone who is looking to have this service. Please stay in the High Streets. Reviewed on: 17th February 2024
