Fabulous service from St Edward Street Branch

I opened my 2nd savings account with Leek United yesterday and the service was second to none. The transaction was seamless and I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Competitive, safe and trustworthy

We have been members of Leek Building Society for a good number of years now. We feel that we have the best of both worlds, in that we like to support local companies but we also require a safe, trustworthy and competitive financial institution to look after our savings. Great experience

The office was clean and bright. Staff friendly and helpful. The manager was interactive welcomed us and happy to help. He appeared approachable professional and had good communication skills. Nothing too much. Reviewed on: 26th January 2024

Friendly Staff. Quick to respond to any request

Set up online , but realised I sent money with no account number , I called up and straight through ! I felt silly , but the leek building society didn't make me feel like this , they were also very friendly on the phone ! Quick and easy resolved and even called me next day to say its been sorted and there nothing to worry about . Thank you 100% recommend . I even got my partner to open an account !
