Refit to the branch has following issues: counter staff are too close to eachother, no privacy, lack of security between counter staff and customers, forms for signing handed over a PC screen which is awkward, counters too high for the counter staff. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023

Make the queue shorter!! My chief complaint is that you can't see the interest rates any more without going online or having a smartphone, there is still a sizeable part of the community who can't cope or access these things. A notice in branch showing the rates woild be helpful for a few years yet. Reviewed on: 10th February 2023
