Helpful, friendly customer service

Moving an ISA to LBS required a call from the team. The person I spoke with was efficient, helpful and friendly. She explained things clearly and everything was sorted as discussed. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

The exceptional customer service when you go in branch really helps you make good decisions on which accounts to choose. Staff are well informed and friendly. The best branch in town cos it's the only branch!

I love that Leek BS has a branch in my local town. All the other banks/building societies have closed their branches. They still provide us with a savings book that reflects what we deposit or withdraw. I like it that way. And I get a decent interest rate which I appreciate. The staff are friendly and helpful.
