Great service

Good for avios but service needs work

The avios ratio is good - particularly when you use American Express. The upgrade voucher is a nice idea but you need to pay for the entire flight with avios, so it's not as good as it seems. My avios took a long time to come into my account and I had to chase Lloyds more than once. My partner had the same experience so they need to work on that particular issue. Double the benefits with two cards

The Avios credit cards means you get an AMEX plus a MasterCard, which is handy - and I've managed to accrue several thousand Avios through using both cards regularly. Reviewed on: 2nd May 2017

Reasonable value

Convenient

I like this card as you get both Amex & MasterCard in case a shop doesn't accept Amex, generous avios points on the Amex & free upgrade when you spend £7k in a year! Reviewed on: 6th April 2017

Great way to earn Avios on your purchases

I have a pair of Lloyds Avios cards - Amex and Mastercard - and manage to earn a lot of Avios with them, using them to pay for car hire and hotel stays. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2017

Points never seem to be that useable?
