Best Bank Ever

STAY AWAY FROM LLOYDS BANK!

Sincerely recommend you DON'T USE LLOYDS BANK!! 1. Wait for a month after opened the account to get the card. The reason was the staffs forgot to order the card. 2.Really bad service. Always wait more than half an hour to connect the supporters on the phone. The supporters on the phone are really impatient, hang up the phone when the signal is not good or when they don't hear you clearly. And the staffs in the brunch are really unhelpful, always ask customers to wait without giving help. 3. Locked my account without any reason after I transformed money from another bank. 4. Sent me the invalid activation code for twice. Overall, if you don't what any trouble, stay away from lloyds bank! Reviewed on: 22nd November 2020

Penalise customers

Never had any problems

Never had a bad time at lloyds bank. If I go into the bank I'm greeted in a warm friendly manner. As soon as I explain what I need they help me out. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Great bank, great account

Been with Lloyds since I was 11 years old (Now 21) , held savings accounts with other banks, but none come close to Lloyds for service, both in branch and online. Reviewed on: 9th July 2020

ALWAYS ON HAND!

I have a basic Account with Lloyd’s Bank. I have always found them to provide excellent customer service when I have needed to contact them, always polite and cheery... even if they can’t actually help you!! I really do feel that they value me just as much as if I were investing thousands with them... The App is also easy to use and online chat always available.
