One of the best decisions I’ve made financially

From approving me for a loan when no one else would, to encouraging me to save and forget about it, I can’t rave enough about London Capital Credit Union. I’ve been a member of another CU before but this experience has been far superior. It feels much more personalised and as if they genuinely care about me and my needs. Poor interest rates, entered into salary deduction scheme but not informed that my deductions won't go into my savings account for a month so no access to money till a month later! Understand this is an issue between LCCU and my employer but this info needs to be made clear by both organisations.
