Had product I wanted but couldn't open on branch visit due to local restrictions but could open later by post as rules changed - slightly annoying. Otherwise, good service and friendly both in branch and on the phone. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

The service / help I got from Millie was excellent.

The service / help I got from Millie was excellent. regarding the product itself because it is the first time I use non-high street bank for the first time, and I just opened a new account, the journey with Loughborough is still wait to see till the end.
