Easy, friendly, professional

Always fairly priced

I've used LV for my car insurance for 10 plus years. They are always competitively priced and offer excellent no claims etc. On the one occasion I claimed they were efficient and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 17th July 2018

Poor service

Had a minor accident which I believe was not my fault. LV have procrastinated over the last four months, only to tell me this week that a witness has come forward saying that it was my fault. Rug pulled from under my feet , case closed Reviewed on: 22nd June 2018

DISGRACEFUL

My experience with LV was the worst I have ever experience in my life. I was involved in a very small accident where a fraudster criminal made a claim against me for "whiplash". LV did not keep me informed of the progress of the case even though I told them he was fraudulent and provided as much evidence as possible to support my case however, I only recently found out that the case was closed because of my extreme renewal price with another organisation due to a claim against me. They did not consistently provide communication updates to me and did not give me a chance to defend myself and just accepted this fraudsters claim leaving me with distress and an overpriced insurance bill every year. When I tried to speak to LV to make a complaint, the person I spoke to (not mentioning names) treated me like an idiotic criminal and subsequently made me feel un well and brought tears to my eyes. He was so rude and was not taking my complaint seriously. Please do not ever use LV for your insurance unless you want to feel like you are worthless to them. Reviewed on: 24th April 2018
