DISGUSTING SERVICE

I think even a 1 star is too much for the service I have received with lv. Me and my partner had our car stolen in Sep 2017 and it still hasn’t been sorted it would be nice to keep up dated on the claim not every time we have to phone them and ask for an update everytime you speak to someone all very rude staff funny how the sales team are very polite and very helpful. But the claims team soo rude and just money grabbing and treat us like criminals I would 100% stay away from this company people it has caused us soo much stress I have another policy on my car with them cannot wait for that to end and I will be finished with them as they are absolutely appalling. They “tried their luck” as one of the staff said to us to try and get the police report for free over the phone because the did not want to pay for the police report so I need to wait so they can try and be cheap and break the law without getting our signatures for data protection disgusting Reviewed on: 15th March 2018

Great customer service

My car insurance was easy from getting a quote to buying with LV- excellent customer service, always able to speak to an agent without hanging in a queue for hours and everyone was so helpful and friendly. Cheapest price and great add-ons too! Reviewed on: 1st October 2017

Excellent customer service and pricing

I've had second car insurance problems - LV sorted them out instantly and a lot cheaper than previous insurer. They also quoted a good deal cheaper on my first and most used car - and on renewal were cheapest too! Always good value

Every year I use compare sites and get solo site quotes and for several years now no one has been able to give me a comparative quote on my vehicle. LV offer all the benefits that I need and while some are cheaper they usually have a higher excess or fewer benefits. Reviewed on: 1st October 2017
