A brilliant website that supports a clear and extremely helpful financial service

I have been a member of Manchester Credit Union since 2011. I have had a loan with them that was affordable and the repayment was easier than any other loan repayment I have experienced. The website is clear, easy to navigate, holds all necessary relevant detail for any action I require within my account. The recent addition of the Xmas Saver account option is in my opinion an outstanding benefit. I find the staff at Manchester Credit Union very helpful. I am indeed a very satisfied customer. Unbeatable loan and you save at the same time

Best loan options with no hide fees and the most amazing helpfull staff there are there via message or just a phone call away and the saving aspect makes it feel alot better as you also saving while paying off your loan so at the end off it your also going to have money this is the only loan ive ever heard to do this Reviewed on: 1st July 2025

Disappointing loan options for some families

I uses to be able to get larger loans but now I cannot and can only get the £500 family loan. This is a shame because I never had any problems paying back the bigger loans so having that option taken away from me was a bit annoying Reviewed on: 1st July 2025
