Had an amazing experience with M&S Pet Insurance. I’ve used the advice line a couple of times, which has been very useful. Claiming for treatment is simple, just scan and upload receipts and in my case payments were made same day. Really great service. Reviewed on: 30th January 2024

They advised me to claim regarding a particular health condition, rejected the claim then put the premium up. Shan't fall for that again! Reviewed on: 18th July 2017
