Customer service are really good.but

Customer service are really good. We were on a RIO mortgage and now find ourselves on an SVR. Rates are eyewatering taking our monthly payment from September 2024 to nearly double what we were paying. Reviewed on: 28th August 2024

True service excellence

We had little to no communication from the solicitors so had to contact Mansfield direct on occasion for updates, the staff we friendly, efficient and supportive. Simply excellent customer service! Reviewed on: 21st August 2024

Family buy to let mortgage

We took out a family buy to let mortgage over six years ago to provide a safe and secure home for our daughter - no other lender offered such flexible terms given our ages and the nature of the property we wished to buy. Reviewed on: 16th August 2024

Redemption due to no direct sales team

With no direct sales team for further borrowing, and I didn’t want to go via a broker a Remortgage elsewhere was my only option. Shame when it’s a mutual Building Society and you can no longer deal directly. However I did complete a remortgage in 10 days with a great rate. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
